FamCare Adult Day Care locations provides transportation to and from its centers, to doctors’ appointments and for field trips.

Qualifying for Transportation

To qualify for senior transportation, attendees must live within a FamCare center’s catchment area and must stay at the adult day center for the allotted amount of time.

​

In most cases, transportation is paid for by the state and is covered by Medicaid reimbursement.  Private pay clients may be subject to additional fees for transportation services.

Each center has different capacity for their vans and busses.  Attendees must register in advance to take advantage of senior transportation services.
